CanLyme is pleased to announce education grants for Canadian healthcare practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of tick-borne illnesses by attending the 23rd Annual ILADS Scientific Conference in Orlando, Florida from September 22-25th! This year’s schedule covers a myriad of engaging and emerging topics and allows ample time to connect with colleagues, visit exhibitors, enjoy the amenities and take in some Florida sunshine.
Advancing the standard of care
The International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society, ILADS, is a nonprofit, international, multidisciplinary medical society. ILADS promotes understanding of Lyme and associated diseases through research, education and policy and strongly supports physicians, scientists, researchers and other healthcare professionals dedicated to advancing the standard of care for Lyme and associated diseases.
Up-to-date & accurate information for patients and physicians
The Canadian Lyme Disease Foundation, CanLyme, is a registered charitable organization dedicated to promoting research, education, diagnosis and treatment of Lyme and associated diseases. CanLyme engages directly with national and international scientific communities in order to present information that is current and accurate.
ILADS conference grants
ILADS four day scientific conference includes either the Vector-Borne Illness Fundamentals or Innovations in Medicine, followed by three days of presentations from top experts and researchers. CanLyme is offering a limited number of grants to pre-approved applicants to cover approximately 80% of the conference registration fee.
